Step 1: Define the Source

Prompt 1:

You are a content strategist. I am going to give you a piece of long-form content (blog, transcript, article, or podcast notes). 

Your job is to break this down into its core ideas, main arguments, and emotional hooks. 

Please summarize it into: 

- 3 key takeaways 

- 5 supporting points 

- 2 quotes or soundbites worth reusing.

Step 2: Social Media Nuggets

Facebook / LinkedIn Post Prompt:

Take the key takeaways from the content above and turn them into a Facebook as well as a well-structured LinkedIn post. Different sections should be separated by sub-heads and it should be in a more professional tone than the Facebook post. 

Style: conversational, slightly edgy, and formatted with short paragraphs. 

Add a strong hook in the first sentence. 

End with a question to spark comments. 

Twitter/X Thread Prompt:

Turn the content into a 7-part Twitter/X thread. 

Each tweet should: 

- Be punchy (max 240 characters). 

- Stand alone but build on the next. 

- Include at least one curiosity-driven hook. 

End with a call to action (e.g. DM, link, or reply). 

Instagram Caption Prompt:

Convert the main content into a short Instagram caption (under 150 words). 

Style: casual, inspiring, with line breaks for readability. 

Add 10 relevant hashtags. 

Step 3: Video Scripts

TikTok/IG Reel Prompt:

Turn the content into a 30-second script for TikTok or IG Reels. 

Structure: 

- Hook in the first 3 seconds. 

- 2–3 quick insights. 

- Call to action at the end. 

Keep language natural, spoken aloud. 

YouTube Short Prompt:

Write me a 60-second YouTube Short script based on this content. 

Include a hook, 3 clear bullet-style ideas, and a close. 

Make it engaging and easy to follow. 

Step 4: Email Repurposing

Email Prompt:

Take the long-form content and convert it into an email. 

Structure: 

- Subject line: curiosity-driven, under 8 words. 

- Opening: short story or hook. 

- Body: connect to 1–2 key takeaways. 

- Close: call to action (click, reply, or share). 

Keep it under 250 words. 

Step 5: Blog & SEO Expansion

Blog Prompt:

Expand the content into a 1,200-word SEO-friendly blog post. 

Requirements: 

- Include H2 and H3 subheadings. 

- Naturally insert long-tail keywords related to [TOPIC]. 

- End with a list of FAQs. 

Step 6: Carousel / Slide Deck

Prompt:

Convert the content into a 7-slide Instagram or LinkedIn carousel. 

Each slide should have: 

- 1 short headline (max 7 words). 

- 1 supporting point (max 20 words). 

End slide: strong CTA. 

Output as slide-by-slide text only.
