Build An Entire Coaching, Consulting Or Agency Business With A Single Prompt
Let’s Get Started – Tell Me About Your Business
- What kind of business do you run?
(e.g., I run a consulting firm that helps eCommerce brands scale using paid traffic strategies.)
- What product or service do you sell? Be specific.
- What results or transformations do you typically help your clients achieve?
Step 1: Craft a Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
Ask yourself:
- What do you do that your competitors don’t?
- What’s faster, easier, or more effective about your method?
- Do you have a unique mechanism, framework, or guarantee?
- What pain do you eliminate that others don’t even talk about?
Let the AI create:
A simple USP
A more detailed elevator pitch
A short tagline or hook
Step 2: Identify Your Ideal Clients
Prompt:
- What type of person or business gets the best results from your service?
- What industry are they in?
- How much revenue do they typically generate?
- What position/title is your buyer (e.g., founder, VP of marketing, COO)?
Output should include:
Demographic details
Psychographics (values, pain points, desires)
Suggested platforms to find them (LinkedIn, cold email, events, etc.)
Step 3: Create Cold Outreach Messages
For each of the following platforms, generate a message:
- LinkedIn DM (150 characters or less): Short, personal, and curiosity-driven.
- Cold Email:
- Subject line (catchy but not spammy)
- Email body (structured with opening hook, relevance, and call-to-action)
- Optional P.S. for humor or added value
- Instagram or Facebook DM: Casual, friendly, and conversational.
- Twitter/X DM: Very short, direct, value-focused.
Step 4: Prospect Qualification Checklist
Have the AI generate:
- A short 3–5 question form for your website or booking page to qualify leads
- Red flags to avoid
- Must-have criteria for a call to be worth your time
(e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline)
Example questions:
- What’s your current monthly revenue?
- Have you invested in this kind of solution before?
- What’s your #1 goal in the next 90 days?
- Do you have the budget allocated for this project?
Step 5: Sales Call Structure (The Micro-Yes Framework)
Generate a structured call outline:
- Rapport Building: Short openers to build trust
- Current State Questions: “What are you doing now?”
- Pain Discovery: “What’s frustrating you about that?”
- Desire Amplifier: “What would success look like 90 days from now?”
- Cost of Inaction: “What happens if nothing changes?”
- Offer Fit: “Here’s how I think I can help…”
- Trial Closes: “Does that sound like what you’re looking for?”
- The Close: “Would you like my help with this?”
Step 6: Objection Handling Script
Create 10 of the most common objections and how to counter them, such as:
- “I need to think about it.”
- “This is too expensive.”
- “I’ve tried something like this before and it didn’t work.”
- “I need to talk to my partner/team.”
- “We don’t have budget right now.”
And give confident, trust-building responses like:
“Totally understand. Out of curiosity—what part do you feel unsure about? Let’s unpack it together.”
Step 7: The Close
Generate a checklist for closing the deal, including:
Asking for the sale confidently
Choosing between upfront payment or payment plan
Sharing the next steps immediately (e.g., onboarding form, contract, scheduling first session)
Optional follow-up if they don’t buy on the call
Reminder email templates
