Ethically Repurposing Testimonials Prompt

Purpose: This prompt is for analyzing, categorizing, and, where appropriate, ethically repurposing all customer testimonials provided. The output will include usable snippets for relevant testimonials, ensuring the process is thorough and complete.

Instructions for Use:

        1.      Describe Your New Product or Service:

Start by describing your new product or service, focusing on its key features, target audience, and unique benefits.

Example:

“I am launching a new online course called ‘Marketing Mastery for Solopreneurs.’ It teaches solopreneurs how to use social media ads effectively to scale their businesses without hiring an agency. The course focuses on practical strategies, templates, and tools for creating and managing ad campaigns.”

Below/attached are my existing testimonials:

        2.      Input Your Testimonials:

Provide all the testimonials you’ve collected. Testimonials can be:

             •    Pasted directly as text.

             •    Transcripts extracted from videos, images, or PDFs using OCR tools.

             •    Grouped by relevance if already partially sorted.

Example:

“Testimonial 1: ‘I used Robot Revolution, and it helped me grow my business!’

Testimonial 2: ‘Josh Rosenberg’s AI tool created the best ad copy I’ve ever seen.’

Testimonial 3: ‘Thanks to Robot Revolution, my product descriptions now convert like crazy!’

        3.      Categorization and Snippet Extraction:

The AI will analyze and categorize every testimonial into one of the following:

             •    Highly Relevant: Testimonials directly aligned with the new product or service. The AI will output these testimonials as-is or suggest refined versions to better match the context.

             •    Partially Relevant: Testimonials related to another product but containing sections that can ethically apply to the new product or service. The AI will extract and rewrite only the relevant parts to create usable snippets.

             •    Irrelevant or Unsuitable: Testimonials that cannot be adapted to the new product or service without misrepresentation. These will be flagged with an explanation.

        4.      Output Format:

AI will provide a complete list of categorized testimonials with clearly labeled sections for usable snippets (highly and partially relevant) and flagged unsuitable testimonials.

The Prompt:

“You are an organizational AI tasked with categorizing and extracting usable content from customer testimonials to support a new product or service. Please follow these steps:

        1.      Analyze the new product or service described below to understand its features, benefits, and target audience.

[Insert product or service description here.]

        2.      *Review the testimonials provided and categorize each one into one of the following groups:

             •    Highly Relevant: Testimonials directly related to the new product or service. Include the full testimonial or suggest a refined version for alignment.

             •    Partially Relevant: Testimonials related to another product but containing usable sections. Extract and rewrite only the relevant portions to ensure they align with the new product or service.

             •    Irrelevant or Unsuitable: Testimonials that cannot be ethically repurposed. Flag these and explain why they don’t fit.*

        3.      Ensure every testimonial is reviewed, categorized, and accounted for in the output. Provide snippets for highly and partially relevant testimonials that can be used for the new product.

        4.      Present the output in the following format:

Highly Relevant:

             •    Full or refined testimonial for immediate use.

Partially Relevant (Snippet Extracted):

             •    Original Testimonial: [Original testimonial text.]

             •    Usable Snippet: [Edited or extracted text aligned with the new product or service.]

Irrelevant or Unsuitable:

             •    Flagged Testimonial: [Original testimonial text.]

             •    Reason for Exclusion: [Explanation of why the testimonial cannot be used.]

Process all testimonials provided, even if there are more than 100. Ensure thorough and complete coverage.”
